Highlights of the menu include Naan Bakarkhani – A flaky and layered leavened tandoor baked bread, Kofta Shahi Mahi – royal fish kofta with saffron and spices, Kebab baida murg – egg kebab with minced chicken meat and Biryan Mahi – literally means grilled fish, but an early version of biryani as it is served with rice.
